Pricing

Is everything really ₹499?

Yes. Every piece is ₹499, unless a product page clearly says otherwise. No inflated MRPs, no fake "70% off". Just one honest price.

Do prices include GST?

Yes, all prices include GST.

Materials and quality

What is your jewellery made of?

Most pieces are premium stainless steel, and a few use titanium steel, finished with gold (or silver) plating, usually PVD coated. Each product page lists the exact materials, plating, stones, sizes and weight.

Will it tarnish?

Our jewellery is tarnish-free, and we back it with a 6-month Tarnish-free Promise. If a piece loses its finish under normal wear within 6 months of delivery, we replace it. See our Returns & Replacements Policy.

Is it safe for sensitive skin?

Our jewellery is hypoallergenic. If you have a known metal allergy, please check the materials on the product page, and stop wearing a piece if you notice irritation.

How do rings fit?

Most of our rings are open and adjustable. Where a size or width applies, it is listed on the product page.

Orders and shipping

How much is shipping?

A flat ₹49, and free on orders of ₹999 and above.

How long will delivery take?

We pack orders within 24 hours (Monday to Saturday). Delivery takes 3–5 working days for most pincodes, and up to 7–10 working days for remote areas and the North-East.

Do you offer cash on delivery?

Yes! Cash on Delivery is available for a ₹39 COD fee. Prepaid orders (UPI, cards, netbanking or wallets) have no extra fee.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We cannot change items or the delivery address once an order is placed. You may cancel your order any time before it ships (is dispatched). Email us at support.store499@gmail.com with your order number, and we will cancel it and refund any prepaid amount in full to your original payment method within 3 working days. Once your order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled: our damaged or incorrect item replacement policy applies instead, and we do not accept change-of-mind returns.

How do I track my order?

We email your tracking link as soon as your parcel ships.

Do you ship outside India?

No. We ship within India only.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Not at the moment. Every order ships in our standard packaging.

Returns and replacements

Can I return or exchange a piece?

We don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we replace it for free. Just tell us within 48 hours of delivery and send an unboxing video.

Why do you need an unboxing video?

It lets us verify damage or missing items quickly and fairly, so we can send your replacement within 48 hours. Record the sealed parcel from all sides, then open it in one continuous clip.
