These terms apply to your use of The 499 Store website and any purchase you make from us. The 499 Store is a trading name of the partnership firm Nova Spark, whose principal place of business is 6/3, Ayyavu Naicken Street, Alappakkam, Chennai - 600116, Tamil Nadu, India, GSTIN 33AAZFN6524D1Z2. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Pricing

Every piece on The 499 Store is priced at a flat ₹499 unless clearly marked otherwise on the product page.
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include GST. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout.
If a price is shown incorrectly because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders and payment

Your order is confirmed when payment succeeds, or for Cash on Delivery when you place it, and you receive a confirmation email.
You can pay online through our payment partner (UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets) at no extra fee, or choose Cash on Delivery for a ₹39 COD fee. The fee is added at checkout.
We may refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraud, cannot deliver to your pincode, or the item is unavailable. In any such case you receive a full refund.

Products

We photograph our pieces to be true to life, but screens differ, so slight variations in colour or tone are possible and are not defects.
Materials, plating, sizes and weights are listed on each product page.
Our jewellery is hypoallergenic and tarnish-free, and it is backed by our 6-month Tarnish-free Promise. If you have a known metal allergy or very sensitive skin, please check the materials on the product page, and stop wearing a piece if irritation occurs.

Shipping, replacements and refunds

Delivery, replacement and refund terms are set out in our Shipping Policy and Returns & Replacements Policy. They form part of these terms.

Intellectual property

All designs, product names, photographs, graphics and text on this site belong to The 499 Store or its licensors. Please do not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

Acceptable use

Please don't misuse the site: no attempts to hack, scrape or overload it, no fraudulent orders, and no unlawful activity.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Grievances

For any complaint or grievance, write to our grievance team at support.store499@gmail.com. We will acknowledge it within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month, in line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
