The 499 Store ("we", "us") is a trading name of the partnership firm Nova Spark, whose principal place of business is 6/3, Ayyavu Naicken Street, Alappakkam, Chennai - 600116, Tamil Nadu, India (GSTIN: 33AAZFN6524D1Z2). This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit or buy from our store, and how we use and protect it. We collect only what we need to get your jewellery to you.

What we collect

Order and account details: your name, email address, phone number, and billing and delivery address.
Messages you send us: your contact form messages, emails and claim videos or photos.
Device and usage data: IP address, browser, pages viewed and cookies, collected automatically by our store platform to keep the site working and to understand how it is used.
Payments: these are processed by our payment partner. We never see or store your full card, UPI PIN or banking credentials.

How we use it

To process, pack, ship and track your orders, and to handle replacements and refunds.
To send order and delivery updates.
To reply to your questions and claims.
To prevent fraud and keep our store secure.
To send occasional updates about new drops and offers, only if you subscribe. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We share only what is needed, only with:

Shopify, our e-commerce platform, which hosts our store and stores order data.
Our payment partner, to process payments.
Our courier partners, which receive your name, address and phone number to deliver your order.
Email or messaging tools we use for order updates and newsletters, if we use them.
Authorities, where the law requires it.

We never sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfil orders and meet legal and tax requirements. We keep other data only as long as it is useful for the purposes above.
